To reach the beach, a 20–30 min downhill walk (and return uphill later) is required. Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended. • No beach facilities: There are no sunbeds, cafes, or restrooms at the lagoon. We provide umbrellas and bottled water for your comfort. • Environmental protection zone: Balos is part of the NATURA 2000 network. Littering, collecting shells, or damaging the natural environment is strictly prohibited. • Weather matters: Strong winds are frequent.
