Marketplace role
GoFleet connects travellers with verified rental, transfer, yacht partners, and facilitated flight bookings across Greece and beyond. Mobility bookings are fulfilled by the partner you select. Flight tickets are issued for carriage by the operating airline; partner or airline terms apply to the service itself.
Bookings & payments
Prices and availability are shown at checkout. You are responsible for accurate contact and travel details. Cancellations and refunds follow the policy shown for your booking.
Flight bookings
When you book flights through GoFleet, we act as a travel intermediary. We facilitate search, payment, and ticket issuance on your behalf. The contract of carriage for each flight is between you and the operating airline(s). GoFleet is not the airline and does not operate aircraft.
- You must provide passenger names and dates of birth exactly as on the travel document used at check-in. Mistakes may prevent travel without refund where airline rules do not allow changes.
- After booking you receive a confirmation from GoFleet with the airline booking reference. That confirmation is not a boarding pass. You must check in with the airline (website, app, or airport) to obtain a boarding pass before security and boarding.
- Schedules, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, baggage, and day-of-travel operations are the responsibility of the operating airline under its conditions of carriage and applicable law (including EU261/UK261 where they apply).
- Fares, bag allowances, change and refund rules follow the selected airline fare. GoFleet booking fees (if charged) are shown at checkout and are generally non-refundable once a ticket is issued, unless required by law.
Service providers for flights
To complete a flight booking we use up to three specialised third-party providers: (1) a flights booking technology provider that connects us to airline inventory and issues tickets; (2) a payment processing provider that handles card payments securely; and (3) a transactional messaging provider that helps deliver booking confirmations. We do not name those providers in these public terms. They process data only as needed to fulfil your booking and under appropriate safeguards. Support for travellers remains with GoFleet (info@gofleet.gr); we coordinate with those providers and the airline when required.
Flight support
Contact GoFleet for help with your booking confirmation, payment, or passenger details. For check-in, seat maps on the airline app, schedule changes, and airport procedures, follow the airline instructions using your booking reference. Do not contact our technology providers directly as an end customer.
