How do I change or cancel a booking?

Open your confirmation email for partner contact and policy details. Rules vary by product and partner; our team can help at info@gofleet.gr if you are stuck.

Who operates the vehicle or transfer I booked?

The partner shown at checkout fulfils your service. GoFleet provides the marketplace and software — your contract for the trip is with that operator.

I am a rent-a-car / transfer / yacht business. How do I join?

Operators apply through GoFleet (Partner with us pages). Products are enabled per partner; then Fleet, Transfer, or Yacht tools appear in GoFleet Admin.

Where are my data and payments handled?

See our Privacy policy and Security pages. Card payments use established payment providers; we do not sell personal data.

How fast do you reply?

We aim for one business day on email. Urgent day-of-travel issues should include your booking reference and partner name.
