Account deletion
How to request removal of your account and associated personal data.
If you have a GoFleet account and wish to delete it, you can request removal of your personal data subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Before you request deletion
- Active or upcoming bookings may need to be completed or cancelled first.
- Some records (e.g. invoices) may be retained as required by law.
How to request deletion
Email info@gofleet.gr from the address linked to your account. Include your name and, if available, your booking reference. We will confirm identity and process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Partner accounts
Fleet, transfer, and yacht operators manage accounts through GoFleet business tools. Contact your account manager or the same email for partner-specific deletion requests.
